This procedure is tailored for changing the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers for Windows 3.1 & 3.11 only. It is highly recommended that you print this page out before attempting to change your DNS numbers.
Double-click the Netscape icon.
Double-click on the Community Web dialer icon.
In the dialer window, click on the Properties button.
In the Properties window, click on the Service Provider tab. Change the Primary DNS to 216.162.1.1 and the Secondary DNS to 216.162.1.2 then click OK. You are now finished changing your DNS, and you can exit out of all windows.
